The rules are the same for every retailer. They are written here so nobody has to ask.

Complete the information gathering form. It is the same form every Responsible Jewelry Council member must collect: company details, ownership, business activity and a sourcing declaration. Fifteen minutes if your registration documents are to hand.
You can browse the catalogue while the application is pending. Prices appear once the account is approved.

Every Howlet run is split before it is announced: part to retailers, the rest to the public release. You see your share, the wholesale price and the date the hold expires. Confirm it, or release it and it goes back to the pool.
Runs are numbered. When a run closes it is archived and never made again, including for us.

CAD comes back within 24 to 48 hours with the metal weight calculated. Approve it in your account and the first piece follows in two to three weeks. The approval is recorded against that CAD version, so there is never a question about which drawing was made.
Howlet pieces are made to order: 40 days from forge to finger, then shipping.

Build an order list, submit it, and we reply with a proforma invoice confirming price, quantity and ship date. Nothing is charged until you accept it. There is no card checkout; we invoice.
Gold-based prices follow the Thai buy price on the day the order is confirmed. The reference is printed on the quotation.

Your account shows the stage each job has reached: CAD, wax, casting, setting, finishing, packing. The stages come from the job card the factory scans, so the status is the factory's own, not an estimate.
If a date moves you hear it from us before it becomes late.
