Who we sell to
We sell to businesses only. An account is opened once the information gathering form is complete and the registration number is verified. We may decline or close an account without giving reasons.
Terms of sale
Applies to every trade account. Anything agreed separately in writing overrides what is written here.
DRAFT — not cleared for publication. These clauses are a starting point for the company’s lawyer, not legal advice and not in force. The page is hidden from search engines and excluded from the sitemap until that review is done.
Prices
Prices are per account and per country and are valid until the date shown on the price list. Gold-based prices follow the Thai buy price on the day the order is confirmed; the reference used is printed on the quotation. Prices are ex works Bangkok unless the quotation says otherwise. Orders and payment
A purchase order is accepted when we issue a proforma invoice confirming price, quantity and ship date. There is no card checkout. Payment terms are agreed per account; production on a new account starts on receipt of the agreed deposit.
Lead times
CAD is returned within 24 to 48 hours of a complete brief. The first approved piece follows within two to three weeks of CAD approval. Full run dates are confirmed on the proforma. If a date moves we tell you before it becomes late.
Howlet allocations
Each run is split before it is announced. A retailer allocation is held for a fixed period; unconfirmed pieces return to the public pool. Runs are numbered and finite. When a run closes it is archived and is not made again, in any metal or variation. [CONFIRM — hold period]
Your designs
Designs you send remain yours. We do not manufacture your design for anyone else and we do not add it to our catalogue. CAD files we produce for your order are yours to keep. Approval is recorded against a CAD version, and that version is what we make.
Quality and returns
Every piece is inspected before packing. Manufacturing faults are remade or credited at our cost. Changes to an approved CAD after production has started are quoted as new work.
Sourcing and data
Both parties commit to the responsible sourcing declaration signed at account opening. Information gathered for the account is used for compliance and for operating the account, is not shared outside Paterson Jewellery, and is deleted when the account closes.
