CAD

Send a drawing, a photograph, a CAD file or a sketch on paper. You get a CAD file back within 24 to 48 hours, with the metal weight calculated, so the price is known before anything is cut.

Wax

The model is grown or carved and then checked by hand: wall thickness, stone seats, the way the shank sits on a finger. Corrections here cost wax. Corrections after casting cost metal.

Casting

Silver 925, silver for gold plating, gold, platinum, and white gold with palladium. Alloy and weight are recorded against the job number, so a repeat run five years later matches the first.

Setting

Stone by stone, by our own goldsmiths, on our own benches. Pavé, prong, bezel, channel and tension. We have been told we have some of the best setters in Thailand; we would rather you judged the work.

Assembly

Chain, clasps, hinges and tolerances. A tennis bracelet is judged by how it lies flat and how the clasp closes, not by the stones alone.

Finishing and packing

Polishing, rhodium and gold plating, final inspection, then packed to your specification with your own branding if you have it.

Equipment

We replace and add machinery every year, so a new technique in the market is available to you the season it appears rather than the season after. Modern equipment is also why production does not stop when one machine does.

Service

One coordinator owns your order from the first mood board to the delivered box, and answers within one working day. When a date moves, you hear it from us before it becomes late.

Price

Our sourcing team came from the largest jewellery group in the world and buys on global reference prices. Gold-based quotations follow the Thai buy price on the day the order is confirmed, and the reference is printed on the quotation.
